About This File

DUSKTROOPER'S J Phillips Tower

This is Dusktrooper's J Phillips Tower .It is a CO$$$ RCI plopable with about 4200 jobs. Use it to replace existing skyscrapers, or consult the online tutorials to create a growable version.

The architectural style is a blend of Neo Gothic and Postmodern.

The included lot configuration has the side of the building facing the street, as the side is where the main entry is. This was done like this because of lot spacing in my city. Feel free to re-arrange or edit the lot

I MAY upload a growable in the future.

Jeez, nice work. If only I was this good... (hey, I can dream, can't I? :p) A 10, naturally.

Two thumbs up as always! That's if I could have given you two thumbs up before they added this feature on ST. Kinda looks like the Louisiana Street Tower in Houston. Nice job!!

Yeah, it does look like the Nations Bank Tower (now Bank of America Tower, like everything else) in Houston - in case anyone didn't know, someone did that building over at insims.de (you might have to decipher a little german to find it), as well as an excellent model of the PanAm Building.

J Phillips- Essentially, I took the architect Phillip Johnson's name, and reversed it,,and added the emphasis to the phillip instead of the john.

This is a magnificent building. It has nice textures and designs. One thing I like the most is variety. And this different color building wold make our Sim Cities more diverse in downtown.
