Downloaded it and from what I see, it looks really good. Field textures are good and the lot is really well put together. Perfect size for a small college. My only issue is the lack of night-lighting. Still 10/10 for me.

The building textures all looked great in GMAX and then came out bleary in the render. I gotta work on that some more!

I agree with slystone2, there's some good lot work to be seen here - a department in which many BATs are sorely lacking. You did a really good job with the vanilla stuff!

The building model looks great as well, but some of the textures tile rather obviously and could use some tweaking in general. If you need help and suggestions, I recommend opening a BAT thread. You could show your progress and describe your problems or difficulties there, and people could help you out. It's pretty obvious to me that you certainly don't lack the talent! Keep 'em coming!

Wow, I like this stadium, I will use it, the details are all there, overall a good model. 4.7 outta 5, but since its so good, I will go ahead and bump it up to a solid 5.

This is awesome, love having pieces of Omaha in my cities.

I love it. One observation about SC4 stadiums in general: I've never seen one that had spectators. I wonder if it's possible to have a timed prop of fans so that the stadium isn't always empty. Maybe timed props of players as well. Thinking out loud: the grandstands would have to be props, an empty one that shows up most of the time and one with fans that appears from 6 to 9.
