Hard to see what it looks like. Might I suggest a close zoom on the picture. Also I'm not sure about so many trees and such a rural looking lot, unless that is what you are going for. Also try to make both a Maxis Night and a Dark Night version. Good job on limiting the dependencies on this one. It isn't a big deal if you have a lot of dependencies as long as they are the same group of dependencies for most of your lots.

click on the picture and you can get a much more clear view and also some of the trees are not part of the lot, it's just the a tree line road mod.

May I ask if the trees on your lot are seasonal?

I like the BAT just not the lot. It looks to rural. I'll download it and re-lot it to fit my suburbs.

I like it. I may be getting rid of the trees since I use older CP trees, but damn this is nice. I can't wait to use it.
