Not bad for a first I'd rate it 3/5.

Props are a little repetitive, but I like it. Very good for a first upload.

It's actually not such a terrible composition, although the standard for uploaded creations to the STEX has risen quite high in recent years. It'd be cool if you could BAT your own school; if not I would have spent a little more time with this lot. Perhaps re-lotted another custom school building, or even the Maxis ones if you want to remain dependency free.

It's hard to judge based on the picture you've shown; that lighting is not the best for making presentations.

I agree with Yoshi about the screenshot - a screenshot where the game is changing from day to night (ie. dusk) is not the best way to showcase your creation...

the props are repetitive on purpose. thats how most high schools are in florida. also on my next one ill make the picture on daytime

since its your first im gonna be nice first of all lot editor can ONLY create lots for EXISTING lots if you are fimullar with some 3-d modleing the i sugest this the bat (first thing on this list) http://www.simprograms.com/simcity/simcity-4/programs-simcity-4/ just know that you need sc4 rh/deluxe + Gmax to run this so called bat after all for your first 3/5 not to bad and happy hunting

Good start with your first relot. For a school, I'd add some tennis courts at least.

Also I'm positive there is a suburban school pack somewhere on the STEX. (i have it in my plugins )

idea is good but... result is not

too much tables, but no football field or wutnut

like i said florida high schools are like this lots of tables because we eat outside and half the schools in my county look like prisons some are even based on prison layouts
