It looks like your red trim is a bit too red, and maybe that orange awnings are too orange. Plus your wall textures make them look like they are made out of a material with an unreal smoothness to them. Most fast food place I see have at least a faint stucco appearance to the outside, I'm not sure of the correct term for needs to be added, but a faint bit of noise, or gradient(?) put into the texture would fake the slight unevenness that the walls should have.

I can't believe this quote! I respect it but highly disagree with it. Most Popeyes are bigger than other chicken joints and why do you have to be so critical on things that don't even matter. I feel like you wanted to pick out anything that is wrong with the BAT. Anyways, I'm glad you finally added this to the STEX, I already got it from Kingdom United, but I will comment again and it is really a nice edition to my city.

Perhaps I could have prefaced my comment by saying they were minor quibbles (but that should have been obvious), but they are true and things that Frex should be aware of as they detract from the models appearance. Saying that something is "good enough" when one could make some simple fixes to improve it is lazy, whether from the creator or from the user.

I will admit that where I live is a small step above a backwoods, indeed, it may be a backwaters. But most fast food place here have plaster over at least half the wall, and it isn't perfectly smooth. Do you need pictures to demonstrate this amazing architecture, or can we just agree that almost any building surface that isn't glass or metal will lack a perfectly smooth appearance?
