this mod will allow you to get any stage 1-15 residential/commercial 1-10 industry and 1-7 framing for the cam at 0 population 
you may have noticed my other one will this one is for the cam so go out and download as many cam lots as you can why i made this ever since i downloaded the cam i noticed that it was so darn hard to get any building the only ones that were easy was the commercial ones other then that the rest was hard as nails to get so this will help you get them very fast here is the chances you will get a stage

to install open the zipped folder and put the radicle cam stage mod to make sure it loads properly put the file in your a-cam folder in your plugins folder to uninstall delete the file from your a-cam folder dependencies make sure you have the cam otherwise this file will be useless tested works great enjoy updated added the co$$ patch that fixes high wealth co$$ from not growing so if you have the patch already pleas put this one in your a-cam folder as well and delete the old one because i have putted the radaicle effects in the patch why because the old one has the stander cam stage limits for co$$ so put this new one in to insure that the cool effects take place
