The Water Tower Place is the 8th largest building in Chicago rising 74 floors(859') only a block away from the world famous Water Tower (hence the name) and the John Hancock Center. This building stood as the world's tallest reinforced concrete building from 1975 until 1990. It costs $45,000 to build at a cost of $50 a month to maintain.
