The Flying Pig Sugar Shacks operate all year-round: during the season they produce the staple maple syrup, while in the off-season period they bring out the stills and convert corn and left-over sap into a potent hooch. The three shacks all have transitory street access, however, the FP Shack was lotted specifically for transitions between SAM asphalt and SAM dirt track. All three require power and water, and offer low-wealth service jobs.
Although they were designed for rural use, they are really part of the local tourist industry. They appear near the top of the Landmark Menu.
