Art Deco is a timeless and excellent style. It symbolizes power and class and this tower displays it well. I give it a 10. :-)

I have downloaded your building in my plugins file and unzipped it but it does appear in the game.

The building does not appear in the game I meant.

Gotta love art deco. Too bad it went away!

there's a little problem though with the growable version. i got one to rise but you can't see the building!!! you can only see the parking lot... i queried it and it's there alright but no building (can't see it zoom in or out)... i hope you can fix this one.
