I presents my fourth building W2W. Unlike the others, this time it is a corner building. Includes two color options, while the buildings in relation to each stand as a mirror image.
Attractive, corner residential-comercial building designed and built in 1890 for its multi-owner, rentier Alexander Theil. On the ground floor there were three stores, each with a small apartment in the back. However, the floors were provided for two representative, four-room apartment. Today, restored town house has been maintained in the style of historicism, which draws from the repertoire of forms of neo-renaissance. What makes it special ornamental painting between the windows on the first floor, from the street.

An appendix contains versions: plobable Landmark (2lots), Growable R$$ (2 lots) and growalble CS$$ (2lots).

Released
- Welcome.
- For anyone interested, and those who downloaded this add-on before 04/10/2012.
- The current version has been corrected. Model remained unchanged, however, because of that my work posted on the LEX at SC4D, have been corrected in the desc file and new files were created SC4Lot.
- So I invite all concerned to re-download my extras.
- All the more recent additions, which was not here already appear in the final version, that it appears on the page SC4D, but with a slight delay.
- I apologize for the inconvenience all the while hoping that my hard work and your effort will allow for better utilization and reduce the risk of corruption the game.
- The current version is created new Read Me file in the html, they also new files desc nad lots. .
- I hope that these small changes do not cause problems, and help improve game compatibility and to improve its capabilities.
