Frex this extremely simplistic you have been releasing BATs but there is no real improvement I guess you need to learn how to BAT. Try the Omnibus tutorials, visit Jason's BAT tread he has more tutorials there, visit SC4 devotion and look for the BATing tutorials from SimFox. You say is a 3 story high building well if you look to the height of the first floor I'll say is no more than two story height, so you really need to calculate your dimensions better. This model has a lot of flaws textures need to be complete re-done, bricks are too big and plain you also need a gradient. All the glass textures is unrealistic, etc etc.

What would be "very good" is if you actually used your thread and put in the effort to improve. Simply posting on the STEX and hoping for the best is not going to help you learn.

Frankly, I think it is poorly scaled, poorly textured, and generally underdeveloped. You say that there are "large brick" textures, however what you have on the model would translate to some 1 or 2 meter wide bricks (which, sorry, do not exist).

With a little more time and effort I think this would have been a really neat BAT. Good idea, just utilize what this community has to offer so that good idea can translate into a good BAT.

Harishna is right. This is a simple model with no real details. There is no ventilation on the roof, barely looks like any windows, and besides the cornice on the top, I'd believe this was simply a box. Also, you have light leaking from the edges of the roof. Please do more work on your creations in the future.

I agree. Not to be mean to Frex, but this its badly textured and overscaled. The windows arnt even glass( or are those tan boxes something else?) 1/5 stars from me.

Well, in most areas at least where I live, the texture is a corrugated white metal, not giant white cinderblocks. The Black Cat logos are poorly scaled and squished, and really it just needs work in general.

That being said, I'd love to see a corrected version in my city.

One thing I've noticed is that the lights, at least the one that I was closest to, had huge lights facing practically up creating huge light pollution problems. It eventually converted to a "Top Dog" fireworks stand (which is what most Black Cat fireworks stands became) and even later moved down south along the highway.

Also, I think most of the warehouses are one level, not two.

I think it looks just fine for someone who's not as well versed as others in BATs; God knows I'm not. Nevertheless, as long as the criticism stays constructive and not negative, all's well. Just as long as it has no problems during gameplay. I think bad programming is far worse than BAT aesthetics. I like it Frex_Ceafus.
