How does an old run-down city projects that got hit by a major flood look "futuristic" and "high-tech!?" Futuristic, maybe. If it were the beginning scenes from Waterworld sometime in the future.... I give it a 1.

Your fantasy is so amazing. I don't think I would use this, but the imagination that drove you to create all you did is worth the highest rating indeed!

I like it I will download it! but it does not look futuristic it looks like global warming took its course lol but 10/10
