About This File

This late modernist tower offers quality office space to the investment firms of SimNation. At Gardener Center, the broadness of the boss's executive desk is matched only by the broadness of his secretary's shoulder pads.

Included are a 6x4 and 4x6 C§ growable, and a 6x4 C§ ploppable. All versions are corner lots.

This is the Dark Nite version of the Gardener Building, made for the darker night environment created by the Day 'n' Nite Modd.

Amazing work! Those reflections are realistic and beautiful. I really hope that those will become more common. How do you you actually make it? Have to give this 5 stars, absolutely one of the most experienced building what I have ever seen in simtropolis.

It is a great BAT, what else to say? I would put some lights into the plaza too, but that is a minor point!

I despise that cladding, but you have taken its positives, the night lighting, and made it look great. The model, overall is amazing. Awesome job.

I was following your thread on rendering glass distortions, which made me look more closely at glass towers in my city. You've executed it very well and added some new realism to the game. Excellent work and such a fine download to showcase it.

This is a really sweet looking building, and the nightlights are just asweome. The color of this is not seen to much and I love it. Thank you.

Best BAT in Stex, so far, IMHO. It´s because it is realistic but still fits in the game and are harmonious with other buildings. Very good! :thumb:
