I use this lot a lot (no pun intended), its great for those odd squares near expressway exits/avenue merges and the like. Looks good and realistic, space costs money in real life. 10

Hogmeister. Thanks. I'm still working on tuning the parameters, such as costs. The city should gain financially from the building, it pays rates and helps attract business/people. I didn't want a plop/monthly cost 'cos it's not costing the city (it's costing the people runnning the station) :)

Where's the bike from?

The bike's a copy of mine. I built it in BAT. When I get home, and get some more work done on the larger DP lots, I'll publish a .dat file with my BAT-built props.

Make a growable version, and I'll make a perfect 10. :)

I like this franchise idea... jobs would be cool, and other city benefits. I'm rarely worried about multiples in a row (when using growables) because I like them to show up on their own... besides, i just demolish repeats in a row, and something else pops up quickly. :) 10

Happy 10th birthday to the DP set! This is one of my favorite building/lot files; the ploppable 1x2 gas station is great for my urban areas.

 

This may not be the right place to make a request, but can you please make ploppable versions of your other 1x2 sets (Esso, Shell, Caltex) for some more variety? Thanks!
