You can install both. Growable means it comes up on it's own. Ploppable means you can place it. Good job, Sim151!

Nicely done. Even has all the right proportions; this is one of the more realistic buildings I've seen.

Very, very nice. I grew up in Atlanta and spent some time in Waffle houses. If by any chance you are from Atlanta could you do Plaza Drugs or any of the Georgia Tech buildings?

Looks good. Sadly, I live in the northwest and have only gone to one one time in JAcksonville, Flordia with my Aunt and my sister. Well, it definately reminds me of it. Good Job!

This is my all time favorite bat building so far. The skyscrapers are nice and the choppy looking burger kings of old weren't bad....but this waffle house looks perfect next to the walmart and kmart's I downloaded.
