Small place 1.0

Yet another LE lot that many of us could make on our own. And could you at least call it a plaza or a park, not a place?

The trees growing out of the cement seem to be out of place.

Nice simple idea, but I agree with the above about the trees growing out of the cement! Keep at it though and I'm sure you will make some good lots in the future!

3/5 it's ok I guess and could be used but doesn't stand out in any way.

Tasteful and clean, but there is no reason to use since we already have a small plaza that in my opinion looks better. Keep trying, and try to think of something that is actually missing form the game that you could contribute with.

I suggest you use the dirt circle prop (default maxis prop) underneath the trees. Remember, trees don't grow on concrete!
