I agree with Twinsfan14. Besides, could you finally stop playing Hide and Seek with us and tell us just how much this costs to plop and to maintain? "Same as the previous version" is far from exact, especially when the previous version contained the description "less than $5,000 to plop" (whatever that may mean, $50 or $4,900!) and "low mobthly cost", whatever "low" may be.

And as well, look at those trucks. Those trucks, like that Yellow Shipping Co. one. That is from a Lowes Distribution Center uploaded a while back. The Costco, the TSC, and the other ones look exactly like ones from other models and they are not pointed to as dependencies.

What's so difficult about writing e.g. "this costs $3,000 to plop and $50 per month"? Likewise, you have already been told that these trucks come from an external prop pack, e.g. there is a dependency which you don't mention. If someone downloads this and doesn't see the trucks, how is he supposed to know what else he needs to download?

And really, like T Wrecks said, "under $5000 dollars. Does that mean $1 or $4999

Yes. Lots of holes in the story here. If you want people yo download your lots, please give more info. List dependencies and stats. And take a little more time to create your uploads.

The lot and description is very poor. Those trucks look like SimGoober's from his mega prop pack, but I could be wrong.

Its over 9000!!!! (9001) On a serious note- please listen i rarely get these- Stats and some basic understanding of a truck stop are needed. May i suggest typing in truck stop on google images, and browsing some. This will tell you what they look like and give you a Lot that is exponentially better.

And it is a tad small for a truck stop

the trucks are obviously dependencies, you have to list them. Also include as much stats on the lot as possible.

So, instead of the previous version with an office building, this one has a two-story residential house on the lot. Who lives in the house at the truck stop, the guy who cleans the restrooms? And why the nice, clean, plaza-like textures for the ground? This lot makes little (if any) sense.

Tried it. Very incomplete. It appears to be a lot editor hack of the Large Plaza, and much is missing. If there are dependencies that make the lot look like more than a cement grid with a few objects on it, please list them. You've made a good start, but I would remove this from publication until is is more complete.

How about doing this, YOU COULD OPEN UP A BAT THREAD! Then we wouldn't waste up STEX space, and the replies are a lot more positive!

Replace the house with an actual building or a portable trailer type structure. How do the trucks get out, they have no room to move?

Where are the two most important things of a truck stop? Parking and fuel! Also where is the building with showers, fast food & restaurants? You tried but there needs to be a lot more work on this.
