Nice, good field markings. But 68kb looks a tiny bit small.

It's small because I tried to keep it small. I've used repeated textures on the field, and the only building is the two posts.

Cool! it's a little small, real life rugby piches are a bit bigger, but that doesn't matter too much! Could I suggest you make a Rugby Stadium, with that in there, of course, but with spectator stands and stuff? that would be cool!

There is already maxis Spectator Stands, in theory, you could just retexture the Soccer Stadium's pitch texures with yours, making a stadium with miminal effort!

Nice to see some other sports creeping into Sim City!
