Oh, very good!!! I have a request (if your team accepts requests): a midrise bldg, like the ingame "Fennel Corp", which grows like weeds in my cities (simply, it's the only NY-CO$$, stage-5 4x3 lot). So for some more variety you could make a BAT of about the same layout and size, and put it in the same prop-family so that it grows on Maxis lots (no lotting rquired). I could post more details if you are interested.

Its so good when you see them grow from a tiny little gray box on the NYBT thread, to a big beautiful skyscraper on the STEX. 5/5! Great base!

I love these Classic buildings. They are truly architecture at its historic best. Thanks for your wonderful contribution here. Also, don't sell ourself short on the Woolworth Building. We have many great Batters in STEX but they all seem to shy away from it. I guess whoever takes up that big challenge and succeeds in doing the Woolworths Building will earn a major reputation on the STEX.
