it is a poor building but it has so much ''realistic '' style ITS GREAT!

Home Sweet Home.Reminds me of a place I lived once upon a time.I could see the roaches now running up and down the walls.A 10 is called for on this sweet looking building.

That place looks kind of scary like a place I wouldn't want to live at. The maxis slums usually don't look scary good job. One more thing could you make a growable version.

Awesome! Glad to see some dirty ugly buildings... hahah. Does it have a negative impact on high wealth? That would be cool! I'm never going to do the BAT thing so I'm left to the pool of begging souls... can you do some industrial buildings?

Were you an architect back in the 60's. People like you have no idea how cruel it is to pack people into dumps like this. It's absolutely nasty, and looks like it should be condemned. Excellent work. Don't you dare make a building four times higher and five times as depressing. You hear? :)

Could you make a growable? It derserves a ten.

The night lighting is too unrealistic. It looks like office style lighting, with large panes of glass lit. If people live there, it would be small spots of light from individual rooms. Also, too much light in the doorway. I mean, this is slum :)

It's boring, run-of-the-mill low-wealth locks like you see in every large city all over the world. It's so ugly, but so realistic. Plus: it fills up those 1x2 tiles so nicely. It's a 10.

The design and size of this lot are pretty good as well as detail. Texturing is not to bad. Glad to see night-lights have been implemeted tho maybe you could tone them down a bit. However the lot needs work, it is very bland. Don't forget to concentrate on the lot as well.

Great texturing, and its got good roof junk. :) Fits very well with other Maxis buildings.
