It's baaaaaaaack! The famous so-called "eye-sore"(I find it to be a great piece of architecture) finally returns to the STEX! Modded and everything! Thanks to Gwail for keeping it and modding it for me.
375 Pearl Street is located in Lower Manhattan in New York right at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge. Its purpose was mainly as a telephone switching station. This fancy fortress of telephone equipment is ready to ruin...err brighten your skyline! Plop it down! See how it looks. I'll enjoy seeing this in my hometown, what about you? Seriously, no sarcasm.
