After the success of the CLC Park Pack series, I've decided to revisit those delicious looking Simgoober park props and make one final series of parks. I've gone for a more modern look with the parks this time using the same base texture as I used in my Path Pack Style 2 series. There are 13 1x1 parks in this pack, all with random centrepieces surrounded by the varying corner herbs. I hope you enjoy this pack and based on feedback I'll decide about releasing another two packs using the same style of props and the same base texture.

The parks appear in the parks menu and have the same benefit of normal parks, they raise the attractiveness of the nearby area

Very nice park...but the monthly cost is a bit too much as I will place so many of them in my cities.....

Although I don't use a lot of 1x1 park lots, I appreciate your effort. Hope there are more larger parks variation from you.

these are beautiful, I use many 1x1's in my region, and these are well worth the cost for the added diversity :)
