they are not for ingame, they are FROM the ingame, they are just icons for windows files and folders. the ideas is that you can use a visual icon for plugins storage

I can't seem to make them work in my windows. When i assign them to a folder it says they are no icon files found there.

What's this with the ingame pics, people?? Hey wake up , these are ICONS to use on your folders in MyDoc/SC4/Plugins folder when organizing them. It ain't that hard to understand. Very original idea!!

please stop asking for ingame pics....this is NOT for in the game...it is for winodws. All it is, is an icon pack.
