It's good, but I think it would be better if you had a grey roof with roof-junk on there. The current one looks too bright in the day.

What is going on with this building at night?

sebascuartas -> Search for DmScopio (or even Alianz arena) on the STEX or go to his personal site and then download the stadium. As for that condos, it's nice.. I like the idea.. But the textures (mainly at the bottom) could be better.. Also as some roof junk to make that condos more realistic. Also the night lights are kinda.. strange... But anyway that's a nice BAT.

It's interesting to say the least. The modding is a bit concering though...between four and sixteen thousand residents in one lot seems kinda radical

Interesting to say the least.

Somewhat a poor model with a need for better textures (besides Avatar) and the stats are out of .....well, completely unreal. Far from what I would download, sorry.

It sounds cool, looks cool- but the Avatar stuff would be better for a billboard.

Daytime and roof textures leave a lot to be desired, but u can probably work the night textures into a commercial/retail space, it looks like it'll work great with that application.

ps:the doors and walls ARE delicate, the glass is bright and clean

I think the night lighting looks great, during festival time in Adelaide we have buildings with bizarre bright stuff like this projected onto their sides at night. However I wish it looked like an ordinary building by day and had more realistic stats.

Why don't you start a BAT thread to clarify things and get some help before you upload? As for this BAT, I think a video image as roof texture doesn't really make sense. A large ad banner or even a giant video screen would have convinced me more.

The roof, oh, why can't I just make a screen roof? I want to make a Laser Roof, when viewing from high, you just see something on the head screen. Unfortunately, I don't know how to make gif effect in SC4 model, otherwise you'll have seen a very short movie on head of the building instead of a single picture, which could be my next ambition.

The roof may be a crude production as you said, but another case is it can be just another style from yours. I never expect everybody appreciate my style, neither should you. However thank you Twrecks for your suggestions.

No, it is not a question of style, it is a question of quality of execution, it is, as have been stated, rather crude. And, as such, you shouldn't really use it as an excuse of you're own uniqueness, it is, simply put, counterproductive.
