This is a mod which allows sims to ride the bus directly to work. With this mod, sims no longer need to ride past their destination to the bus stop. They still have to board the bus at designated stops, but they can get off anywhere along the route. This is how many municipalities operate bus service in more rural areas with fewer designated stops. According to the route query tool, it appears that for evening commutes, some sims will board the bus at nearby stops, while other sims board the bus right at their workplace. The bus takes them straight to their home, or to a bus stop at the terminal of another transit type. (Such as GLR or Elevated train stations.) This can dramatically increase the effectiveness of bus service, while reducing the number of required stops in commercial and industrial areas. It also reduces commute time, which is the leading cause of abandonment in my cities.
