This is a VERY good start! If you don't have a BAT thread yet you should start one. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work!

Excellent for a first bat. The store on the left looks a bit vacant. Nor sure I like that. Personally, I'd lose the drive way. I'll give it a 4/5, which is dang good! I look forward to more small town buildings from you.

It's great for a first BAT! The lot could use some improvement, so can the textures, roof, and certain details. It is fine work, most first BATs aren't that planned out good, nor do they have a description like that. Nor would they have night lighting! I'm looking forward to more of your work. 5/5 for you effort and hard work. ;)
