Every time I get to drive into town, I am blessed with actually seeing the real one of this building. Excellent job!

Looks very nice. I think the roof is too light and yellow, but well detailed and interesting otherwise. These past few buildings have been a far cry from your earlier work.

Looking pretty good. The roof is crazy busy - and I agree with simhottoddy that a darker color would have worked better. I also would have chosen a different font and color for the lettering of the sign at top. Otherwise, good job.

Has that all-so-elusive gritty realism. Base is a little plain but that may be the way the real version is. Overall great job

Very good work. Only noticed a few things missing from the real-life one I drive by everyday.... You forgot the ugly red 70's logo that is on the top of the building, and you forgot to add some of the cell tower/ antennas. Other than that, awesome work! Jacob

Nice work my friend! I live in Kansas City and it is an honor to see this kind of work. I would never thought someone would create these buildings for SC4, but you amazed me and I find your work of these buildings awesome! Question: Thought about doing Town Pavilion or Power and Light building? Those would be neat too but totally up to you. Anyways Nice job on these buildings.
