You should really open a BAT thread to collect some feedback and help before you release. :o) By the way, those SFBT dependencies look like false alarm to me. You might have some outdated SFBT Essentials in your plugins folder while you make the lots, plus the SFBT Street Tree Mod. Take care to keep your plugins folder as clean as possible for modding/lotting purposes!

I have personally been to this building myself. the overall shape looks right but its too bright. You are also missing the glass atrium betwwen the office tower and side buildig, but thats not something major.

I disagree that the textures are too bright...maybe just a bit flat. The lotting is a great improvement over your past BATs. Gave it a 4/5, because it's not in Tulsa. :p
