This building is the "Humanities Building" that is a part of the Maxis University. I created it as an expansion piece that would keep the same style as the other buildings.
Like the "Science Building," it functions as an "Open Grass Area," so it does not draw any students from the university, but still adds a positive desirability effect to the area. It can be found in the parks menu.
TIP: The front of the building faces away from the arrow when you plop it, so I suggest that you use the HOME and END keys to rotate it.
