Updated with flora, props and base texture to match university!
This is my first upload to the STEX. When I realized that I don't have the time to BAT, I decided to work with the Lot Editor.
This building is the "Science Building" that is a part of the Maxis University. I created it as an expansion piece that would keep the same style as the other buildings. It functions as an "Open Grass Area," so it does not draw any students from the university itself, but still adds a positive desirability effect to the surrounding area. It can be found in the parks menu.
Now, I know that people might rate it low because it is not a BAT, but I ask you not to do that. Please just rate it for what it is.

TIP: The front of the building faces away from the arrow when you plop it, so I suggest that you use the HOME and END keys to rotate it.
