Winifred Pickles is of proper English stock, and believes all the young Sims in your cities are in dire need of learning better manners. Therefore, she has commissioned a college for your cities, to learn them some. They shall learn such things as "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all", as well as how to properly set a formal dining table. Both of these arts seem to be lost on the younger generations...
There are numerous seasonal props on this lot. When first plopped, it will seem rather bare, but give it time.
