About This File

This is a hyper un-realistic lot.  Do not use if you have even the slightest interest in game realism.

The new SimNation government has decided to liquidate some of the assets of Area 51, and for a limited time you can pick up slightly used TARDIS.  Due to it's useful attribute of being bigger on the inside that the outside, it has been crammed full of emergency services gear, including Area 51 state of the art medical equipment, and more cops and fire fighters than you can imagine.  One of these blue babies can provide health, fire and police protection for even the largest city, and for the liquidation price of only 5 simoleons!!!
It doesn't require road access, consumes no water or power, produces no pollution and only takes up one tile. Unfortunately, it doesn't provide any jobs, all work being done be re-programmed cybermen.  There is one teensy catch, since it is alien technology, it is virtually indestructable, so the bulldoze cost is 5,000,000 simoleons.

The lot requires the Multifunctional Lots Engine by Rubik3 and Ralphael

and the TARDIS designed by ill tonkso

I did no technical or creative work on this, I only put to-gether two great contributions.

Interesting concept although highly unrealistic...The lot looks kinda plain, so I'm only giving it a 4/5.

Sweeet!!! TARDIS ain't no phone booth it is trans-time-dimentional craft built by Timelords and a vehicle of choice of Dr.Who. One thing about this particular bat... Timelord's technology is recognized by key feature - bigger on the inside... this one is pretty big on outside though.

The concept seems quite interesting, although i'm not going to use it.I agree it would be useful though.

As a Whoie myself, I love the concept of the TARDIS being in my own cities. Seems like an exceptionally big cheat, though... Wouldn't it be more appropriate to place this in your city and have, say, a multidimensional space anomaly show up and tear portions of your city apart? Just a suggestion, for as we all know, wherever the Doctor shows up, trouble - and I mean BIG trouble - just follows!

cool, how about the same building as a complex. You could make it more realistic. Cool though! 4.5/5

I think the score on this is entirely dependent on whether one gets the in-joke or not. If ya gotta cheat, though, I don't think there's anything simpler out there. I just use money cheats, myself, so won't be using this but the name caught my eye...

@Glenni- Err... the TARDIS is a spaceship used in the English sci-fi series Dr. Who

These are actually realistic, they would be a common sight in British cities in the mid 20th century. If you ever visit Glasgow you'll see one there!
