HKABT Presents
Pleasant Parks!
(Updated)
model: bixel
modding: bixel
readme: bixel

I needed some special parks to be placed near or under my huge residential complexes here you go. They have normal Park benefits + plus they do clean a little air and water pollution (just a little).
Srry I accidently listed the wrong dependencies. I also updated the LOTs cause I was using an obscure model file.

Pleasant Parks

LOT SIZE: 5x8

Theres so many great trees out on the LEX, so i dont understand why including those boring Maxis trees in this park. I also dont agree on the walking pats. I think this could have been done better.

metanerd3000 : Yes, i have been thinking of that, and could see no sence in such reason since the park already includes dependencies.

I get a brown box because of a building apparently and when I try to save it after making into some kind of like small green park or something, it says failed to open the lot file...

I agree the parks could have been a bit more lush and creative. However I also agree that perhaps he was shooting for simple and since there are other that are glamorous. In fact sometimes I find that simple and complex are equally useful. sometimes using something plain and simple makes the things around it stand out and then lush and creative helps the plain and simple stand out as well. Its nice to have both to choose from variety is never a bad thing. Thats my thoughts. I also think these modders work very hard to bring alot of much needed good to their own and all of our gaming experience and we should appreciate that and thank them for allowing us to use their creations in our own gaming experience. Thats being said Opinions and thoughts should be welcome but while being respectful and greatful for their effort and hardwork and for the act of sharing it with us in the first place! ;)
