About This File

This is my second upload to the STEX.  I'm making my builds a little bigger as I get more experience as a novice batter.  This is 13 story commercial office building.  I have given it solar panels so that it operates under it's own power.  This is a project that I'm working on, to create a city where each building (including regular family homes) is basically self sufficent as it pertains to power.  Heads up go to Glenni as I utilized some of his "Roof Junk" and learned to "merge" for this BAT.  I hope you are able to find a use for it.  Some of the stats are as follows:

Employs 350 Sims

Power use 0

Water use 5

Ploppable and Growable (ploppable as a Landmark)

No Dependencies-as all of my BAT's will be

I accept advice well, so please feel free to leave a comment.

hamster: I live in Houston, so every name I give will be a Houston street. San Felipe is next. ppeet: you have a point...my apologies, I will be sure to include a nightlighting pic from now on. everyone else: Thanks. I've only been using BAT for about a month now so I hope to continue to improve.

The size of the parking lot seems a little big, compared to the building, but great work, the BAT is great, a little primitive, but you definitely have what it takes...7/10

Very nice building, but I also feel that the parking lot is a bit big, maybe if you cut it to one tile (a 1x2 lot) or even eliminate it. But that's just my opinion. 9/10 and thank you for this BAT. (not many people give thanks to the uploaders)

Great building. I think the parking lot is perfect size for most business parks.

Looks cool. As far as the parking lot comments go...since it's suposed to be Houston where everone drives...it actually needs a bigger parker lot! :)

Wow, very nice for a second bat! The tower seems a little small (as in width and length wise). Otherwise, very good! 9/10.
