nateandtoni- I used the LE, the Reader, and the LEprop tools along with countless trips into the game and onto this site to create these. I also have every prop I can in the Lot Editor. Thanks for the comments everyone.

I like small...I can put them in neighborhoods in my moderate to medium sized cities as well. Thank you.....(p.s. I hope I can see them as I can't download anything from the Maxis site yet...ie. no bldgpropvol1 or 2...etc.) Rate: 10.

Great set for smaller towns. Encountered a problem with the elemetery school, it wouldn't attach students. Not sure if same is with other schools.

elementary and high school both won't attach students! but once placed, in the graph, the education levels are VERY high! :D

I love using these in my smaller towns. Only complaint is that the school doesn't seem to work, but it looks like you updated that.

downloaded it yesterday, but I find the buildings not showing in game. Perhaps some plugin missing?

Raindog - You must have bldgprop 1 and 2 from simcity, plus all of the updates. It is also not tested for non rush hour games, so it may be that two. If you still have problems, pm me and we will figure it out.
