Yikes, that thing would pop up everywhere because of the capacity compared to the lot size. Horribly unrealistic. However, the model is nicely done. I don't think that should have more than a few hundred $$$ sims, 1000 would be pushing it.

Now I finally understand this uploader does not really know the game! You made many previous bats that are out of scale, and now with this outrageous residential capacity, who knows if the water and power and pollution and waste consumption level would be set properly?! The bat itself is ok, but it seems like out of scale again. I will reserve rating this bat.

The model is good but bad in spec/modding. Anyway I have got this and then re-mod to a CO$$.

well, not everyone likes hyper-realistic BATs. I'm annoyed all the time about the stats for small train stations ie.... The bat looks really good. But gtaki is right --- a CO$$-Version would be even nicer (I don't know why, but seeing this buildng I think of CO)

this is great work, but why over 8000 people in it? Wouldnt have maybe 650 be more realistic?
