Structure like this is all about materials. If those are not upto the task the effect by en large gone too. Glass doesn't look too much like a glass and geometry is too overly sketchy. I understand that very size of the building may present challenge. But if one can't6 really take it one why to do it? Same thing - size makes it not really suitable to SC4 as well...

This building is BEAUTIFUL, the only downside to it is the MASSIVE lot. A lot more people (including me) would love this if the base was shrunk down to, lets say, 8X8 or something like that. Never the less, a 5 * rating from me. Hope to see more work like this from you,

Totally adore this! makes a great centre piece for downtown or if you want to have a Miami/Hong Kong style waterfront in terms of the colours at night. Truely a wonderful building Next step would be either make one with jobs, or make it into apartments, or make it a reward lot, like the world trade centre. Also maybe shrink the base a bit, cause you have to plan your city when making it to where to put it.
