Mass Pak prop signs 1.0

I've been waiting for some properly scaled signs. Since the original signs were waay too big, I had to opt against using them. That has changed. Your signs are some of the best out here! Thanks a lot!

HELP! The signs won't show up in SimCity! Can anyone help? When I extract the .zip file to the SimCity 4 plugins folder, it never shows up in the game. Am I installing it wrong? Please post your suggestions below my comment or E-Mail me at Nego.Strowe4@gmail.com
