About the lot, sorry everyone, I did the lotting and 100% forgot tell him about the dependency. The parking lot textures .dat from https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=12774 are required in order for the cars to show up.

The Arena is located right on detroits waterfront facing windsor. its on the west side of downtown, right next to cobo center

I am originally from belleville Mich and i must say i love it and i too would love to see ford field or comerica park hell even the palace of auburn hills i love the mich landmarks plz ignore the dolts hey hey hockey town
