Renowned Sim Architect Oliver P Phore was recently asked to create a series of small residential houses for those Sims just starting out on their journey through life, and this lot represents his first creation, a small bungalow perfectly suited to the smaller family on a tight budget. This lot is a 2x3 R$$ stage 2 growable with stats as shown below. It has been purposely left "clean" to represent a new build.

To instal
BLaM recommends the making of a folder named BLaM within your plugins folder. The contents of the folder contained within the download zip archive may then be dragged directly to that folder.
