Victorian Rail Viaduct Stations by ArkenbergeJoe  1.0

About This File

Based on the wonderful Victorian El-Rail stations by morifari, ArkenbergeJoe from the SFBT has created a version for the Rail Viaducts from the NAM, both an orthogonal and diagonal one. The lots are only 1x2 tiles, the rest of the station is realized as an overhanging prop. In order to prevent crashes, you must build the Rail Viaduct puzzle pieces first, and then plop the station on top of it. The preview arrow should point to an adjacent road. After plopping the lots, you need to drag the rail tool inside the lots, in order to activate the paths.

its very hard to place couse the bridge does not go over the road once the building is placed properly instead the road just goes straight ahead into the brick wall of the station wich shoud be a placeable title instead of an illusion

Thank you very very much for making this available. This reminds me of when the June NAM was released and there were no "El ontop of road stations" That soon got fixed by some very snazzy lots. This is a gorgeous lot. Prob won't fit in my Chicago-ghetto city's but oh well. I'm sure someone will follow suit and make a more modern El Heavy rail station.

Although I hardly ever use EL-Rails in my cities and I probably won't even download this, I must say from what I see , that it is quite good. I like both the textures and details and also the architectural structure. Very Good work and I am glad that some still have the ability to make excellent BATs on this site.

This is great. I wish more people had stations compatible with the rail viaduct in NAM 2009.

I'm having trouble with this download -- I have the NAM 2009 (never had NAM before), and every time I've downloaded this station it isn't functional. It's in my menu of railroad options, but when I try to plop it it does not show up -- I only see the two concrete squares of the base, not the station itself. It also won't plop over previously laid rail viaduct tiles.

I love the station, but it crashes my game whenever I try to attach the rail viaduct pieces to it. Has anyone had and fixed this error? Does anyone know of other rail viaduct stations?

hey sebdjp, you need to download the El-rail version of this station and install it, and unfortunately, you can't plop this over existing viaduct rail, it just doesn't work that way.

I agree with quiqueguerreiro. Why can't all files on the exchange by non-exe?

I have the same problem naturalnumber has, placing it works, but whenever I try to connect the railpieces to it, the game shuts down without error message or anything. That's too bad because this station is 1 of the nicest out there if you try to build a city with a bit of a Victorian look.
