NorthridgeExecutiveTower is a modern style building suitable for a downtown area. It is 280 meters tall and has 75 floors. The main feature of the building is the various outdoor plazas, that along with the green lot encourage occupants to use the outdoor space. It is green in design and thusly uses a small amount of water and power, and does not generate pollution. There is a landmark version and a stage 8 commercial version included.
