Nuclear Power Plant 2.0

It looks really nice and I can't wait to try it out in Sim City 4 Deluxe! I'm searching for other lots and stuff to download for my Sim City 4 Deluxe, because it's rather dull without any nice things like your NukePlant, Addon Roads and etc.

you should make a small something that explodes in a month or year of plopping, somewhat like "controllable explosions"

Lot Size: 28x22 (616 lots or about 39 acres; 30.8 times the size of the Maxis Nuclear Plant

While it's not a function of the game, 100 GWh/month would make this a 144 MW reactor. (100,000 MWh usable / 730 hours per month ≈ 137 MW produced / 0.95 Capacity factor ≈ 144.2 MW rated power) That's actually pretty small. (but then a reactor that fits on only 39 acres is small too... SC4 always had issues with scale)
