101 South West was built in the year 2005 as a modern generic office building with space for many high end corporations. Its unique name comes from its address at 101 South West Avenue in downtown Silverstone City.

 

This modern skyscraper fits on a 3x3 lot and supports 4536 CO$$$ sims.

 

Cost: $110,000

Lot size: 3x3

Found near the top of your landmark menu.

 

Included in the download is both a ploppable CO$$$ landmark and a growable CO$$$ lot.
