My latest dealership is a bunch of Toyota dealers. 1 ploppable medium wealth with 17 jobs (my first landmark with jobs), 1 growable low wealth with 27 jobs and 3 growable medium wealth with 12 jobs.
The zip also includes the toyota automata (the cars that drive around in your cities)
