Textures are just too bright and too clean. Too bad, could have been quite good. Also the bldg is too small compared to the road I think.

TEXTURE EVERYTHING!! the green roof, red door, those blue things, and those green archs all need textures, i suggest a second version, because the modeling is incredible. anynightlights? 8/10

i really liek this building, i like the brightness -normally i would agree but i think every city has one of these 'bright type' odd yet good buildings.

ps. this reminds me of something from chesington world of adventures >_>...

This sets a great example, rather than just uploading your first BAT, you have opened a BAT thread and got some good feedback before uploading... if only everyone was like you. Some constructive criticism; work a bit more on the texturing, currently it looks far too bright and clean.

I would like to have this, but there looks to be files missing. It looks good on the picture, but would like to see it in the game before i rate it.

Actually nice work, the model looks great, only the roof texture looks a bit strange. But really nice job for your first upload.

However i was already wondering about the filesize, 52 KB is a bit small and see there, there is only a Sc4 lot file in the zip. Could you please update the file with the two needed *desc and model file? Thanks!

I still love this lot but....if you use reader it shows these dependancies: BSC MEGA Props - SG Vol 01.dat PEG_Resort-Pack_205.dat *not sure if this is a maxis lot or not* R$1_1x3_Quimbey Road_growable_merged.dat Still a heck of alot better than what I can do!
