About This File

Daesung Dream Square by altuditu (with permission to upload)

A residential/multifunctional complex currently under construction in Shindorim - District, Seoul Korea.

This complex is a glass structure, and thus has a lot of reflection on its windows. The reflectiosn were put since without reflections, the glass structure will look very awkward. The reflection decision was made after many tests were done with the textures.

The building is expected to be completed towards the end of year 2008.

Building Descriptions
Type: Residential
Capacity: $$$12000
Both Ploppable and Growable

I believe the lot size is 5 x 12 but I'm not sure.

What do you mean by "the lot size is 5 x 12 but I'm not sure"? Why aren't you sure?

Amazing building. Very nice BAT. But 12 000 residents? Sounds much for me. But if its 5x12 then maybe.

Actually your BATs are fairly good and even could be better if you would only use a little more details (ex:roofjunk). Also some of the textures are just amazing and others are kinda boring. The whole looks a little bare. Keep it up! It's a 5x12.

wheres altuditu? anyway- as always excellent modeling, and the nightlights are much better than before....however, a couple texture problems. First of all, when you see multiple rainbow reflections on the same tower, let me know. also, i think the reflections are not neccesary, because it will look awful if you dont have the reflected building across from this building. Id rather have plain glass than these wacky reflections. 8/10

Man, those textures are RAD!! however, i believe the lot should've been released in two seperate buildings, because I like them both, but they just don't flow.

looks good though i'm really interested in seeing buildings similar to these of the tall, tall skyscraper type. perhaps you could take each individual building and recolor them and make them taller.

GORGEOUS towers! I love your glass textures. I do think it would have been better if you'd split up the two buildings, though... the square one with the pedestal on an 8x5 and the other on a 4x5 or 5x5. This would give players more flexibility, make them more likely to grow (since they'd be on smaller lots, and have less jobs per building), and would let people pick one or the other if they don't like both. The lot itself could use a bit of work too. 8/10.
