Very nice, but the lot is a bit too wide for my taste. You may want to work a bit on the roof textures as they are a bit bright but aside from that its very nice. Oh and by the way, MSG is on STEX

Sorry, I really don't want to bother or to be nasty, BUT the actual lot size is 11x5. I tried to rework the width in the LE but when reducing the size to 11x4 and removing the parking lot the whole building would have to be moved upwards thus creating a very unpleasant effect and overhanging lot on the other edge...

The building needs to get rid of the parking lot, so it would perfectly fit in the given blocks (taking the measures of the in game Empire State Building) when doing a NYC re- creation. thanks a lot!!! ;)

Great work I like the building very much. the lot needs some work though, lose the parking and do a nice urban plaza. consider giving it to someone who is good with lot making. 8/10

to nie jest nawet dopracowane. ludzie zanim cos napiszecie to zobaczcie jak wyglada w grze :P Pzdr. ale jak na poczatek nie jest zle ^^
