Awesome tower! I think I may tweak it to provide a small amount of revenue instead of having a monthly cost though. Around my area, cell phone companies often pay a rental or lease fee to the city for allowing them to construct a tower. Seems like a money making opportunity to me. The work is fantastic though and I'll be using it in my cities.
