These will are great for downtown areas...one suggestion though..you should make one that has like a 3-4 story tall one. You know because a lof of the down town underground ones also have a above but in building type as well.

Thanks everyone. SimNation - It is a value choice between realism and gameplay. The building would look nicer, but makes it harder to locate the garage when playing the game. Maybe I will make another version. Thanks to all!

Yes, there was discussion of adding a subway staion to the lot, but as of now, this is just a parking garage lot with a new building. Thanks everyone!
